These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Le Domaine de Corb\u00e9liane (hereinafter \u00abthe establishment\u00bb) and its customers (hereinafter \u00abthe Customer\u00bb) regarding room bookings, associated services and any other services offered by the establishment. Any booking and use of the establishment\u2019s services implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/p>

  1. Reservation<\/h4><\/li><\/ol>

    1.1 Booking and confirmation<\/h5>

    We recommend booking in advance to ensure room availability. The booking will only be confirmed once the hotel has accepted it. The hotel contract is concluded as soon as the hotel confirms the booking by email.<\/p>

    1.2 Online bookings<\/h5>

    Bookings made via the form on the \u00abContact\u00bb page of our website are confirmed once you have received an email confirmation and paid the booking fee. If the payment is declined, the establishment reserves the right to cancel the booking.<\/p>

    1. Payment<\/h4><\/li><\/ol>

      2.1 Terms of payment<\/h5>

      Payment for accommodation must be made no later than the day of departure. For long-term stays (one week or more), payments will be made on a weekly basis.<\/p>

      2.2 Accepted payment methods<\/h5>

      We accept credit cards (Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard) as well as cash payments.<\/p>

      2.3 Non-payment<\/h5>

      In the event of non-payment, the Customer may be evicted without refund and legal proceedings may be brought.<\/p>

      1. Car park<\/h4><\/li><\/ol>

        The establishment offers private outdoor parking or on-street parking. The car park is secure but unstaffed. Guests are advised not to leave any valuables in their vehicles.<\/p>

        \u00a0 \u00a0 4. Cancellation \/ Amendment of Booking<\/h4>

        4.1 Free cancellation<\/h5>

        Cancellations or changes must be made at least 2 days before arrival (5 days during the high season: July, August, September). If this deadline is not met, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.<\/p>

        4.2 Non-refundable cancellation<\/h5>

        Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of booking. These bookings cannot be changed, cancelled or exchanged.<\/p>

        4.3 Delays and early departures<\/h5>

        Delays on arrival or early departures do not entitle passengers to a refund.<\/p>

        \u00a0 \u00a0 5. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/h4>

        The Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the immediate termination of the contract without compensation.<\/p>

        \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a06. Disputes<\/h4>

        In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement can be reached, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman, the Association of European Ombudsmen (AME CONSO), within one year of the complaint being made.\u00a0<\/p>

        7. Breach of the Terms and Conditions<\/h4>
